The classes are taught in courses to foster commitment and the building of a consistently evolving practice. Our students are encouraged to grow their self–practice at home. The classes support this by being small allowing more focus on each student’s individual development.
Courses are 8 to 12 weeks long and cost £85 to £110 depending on level and venue.
